Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Rates
- Free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Mix and match any styles to reach it.
- $4.95 flat rate on orders under $35.
- No order minimum.
- Dropship orders shipped to your customers: shipping is charged per order as shown on the product page.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse and usually arrive in 7–15 business days. Larger, custom or private-label orders can take longer; we'll confirm the timeline with you before production.
Duties and taxes
Import duties are included in our prices (DDP). You won't be asked to pay duties on delivery. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies; buyers with a valid resale certificate can send it to us for tax-exempt purchasing.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Blind shipping for dropship
Dropship parcels go out without invoices, prices or Link & Stack branding, so they arrive as if they came from your store.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace or refund the affected items.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but message us quickly and we'll try to update it before it ships.
